Tricia bridges business strategy, market forensics & trends, and financial analysis with patent portfolio monetization strategies. She orchestrates GTT Group’s brilliant subject matter experts to synthesize complex data, look into the crystal ball, and provide our clients with data-driven direction.

A multi-disciplinary project leader, analyst guru, and creative, Tricia drives organizational and technology growth with work that has spanned across the private, government, corporate, and non-profit space. Her earlier years included hands-on, self-taught technical mechanics of defense technologies then progressed to the management of complex programs including logistics, impact investing, and many tech startup & emerging technology support programs. Tricia is a go-to convenor of multi-partner, public-private initiatives to coordinate the massive adoption of disruptive technology solutions; in other words, “herding the cats” of corporations, economic development agencies, nonprofits, universities researchers, and other stakeholders to achieve commercial scale change.

Tricia is classically trained in chemistry & materials science with tangential work in economic development, business, sustainability, and marketing.

While systems thinking, spreadsheets, forecasts, and financial expectations are Tricia’s professional love language, she and one of our beloved office mascots, Maggie (her Golden Retriever), lives life outside of work on the opposite end of the spectrum; adoring time experiencing nature, mindfulness, community, arts, and food.
